Fugio Funding Network offers an SMS/text messaging program to opted-in customers. By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our web forms, you agree to the following terms:
4.1 Opt-In. Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by affirmatively checking the consent checkbox on our web forms. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your deliberate action. Opting in to SMS is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Fugio Funding Network. The consent text shown to you at opt-in, the timestamp, and the page URL are recorded for compliance and audit purposes.
4.1.1 Sending Numbers. Fugio Funding Network sends SMS messages from a pool of dedicated business phone numbers. The specific number a given message is sent from may vary. Regardless of which number a message arrives from, replying STOP to that message will opt you out of all further messages from our program.
4.2 Message Types. We send a single category of text messages:
As a lending-related program, we do not use SMS to send marketing, promotional, or special-offer messages.
4.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. SMS messages are sent as needed based on your funding consultation activity (for example, status updates, document requests, and appointment reminders).
4.4 Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Fugio Funding Network is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from Fugio Funding Network.
Because we send from a pool of business phone numbers, replying STOP to the specific message you received is the most reliable way to opt out — your reply is matched back to your record on our messaging platform and you will be removed from all further sends across the pool. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
You may also opt out by emailing team@fugiofundingnetwork.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE SMS" in the subject line and the mobile number to remove in the body.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fugio Funding Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
All content on the Fugio Funding Network website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Fugio Funding Network or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Our SMS messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable carrier requirements for A2P 10DLC messaging.
